Free breakfast alot of the times, Good Sales knowledge (not from them, you learn through trial and error), Great people to work with. Good Sales experience. . Can make good money and it will be the only reason you stay there (only reason im still here).
Cons
Managers, executives, all of umm are so clueless to what is really going on. They will lie straight to your face. Everyday. I mean everyday. Like seriously everyday. Dont fall for the we put money back into your training argument. Thats a flat lie. You will learn what you dont want in a company very quickly. The leads situation is one of the dumbest, ignorant situations ive ever been involved with in any situation in any company in my entire working experience. You have to go outside of their rules to be successful. They do NOT care at all about the employees. Its about numbers period. Everything else makes no difference. Prepare to be micro-managed on a stupid level. You will be treated like a child. Get ready for it cuz its coming. They dont have enough support so you'll be frustrated cuz you'll lose multiple deals. and Benefits are a joke.
