      Good people but bad systems and culture...

      Pros

      Some of the people in the London office make the company what it is!

      Cons

      All of the managers here, with the exception of 1 or maybe 2, are not made to be managers. No career progression offered and a lot of favouritism with the company that everyone is aware of but nothing is done about it. The systems are very backwards and the blame culture makes it a really unhealthy environment to work in.

      Great people, bad processes and systems

      Pros

      Great people, great corporate sales team manager who gave me full autonomy on my work. Great place to grow and learn sales as well as get exposure to multiple technology areas. Companies bread and butter is global fulfilment of hw/sw

      Cons

      CRM and other business systems are outdated meaning ordering and quoting is extemeley long winded, manual and difficult. Understaffed in areas such as finance and purchasing means that sales have to take ownership of jobs which should sit with other teams (chasing invoices, changing supplier when there's no stock etc). Little to no availability of experts / consultants on solution deals - makes closing high ticket deals hard. Minimum pension given with no gym or healthcare perks. No additional commission given for overachieving against Target. Solutionised deals are paid the same as reactive deals - also no added incentive to bring on net new logos, these again are rewarded the same as house accounts. Old office No sales director engagement.

      Pros

      You can listen to music on a Friday and if they meet target at the end of the week they get rewarded for drinks.

      Cons

      The Enterprise EMEA team are the worse people to work for, they do not care about the product or customers but only the profit they make. They certainly do not give you the motivation in order to excel. A very segregated place to work for, only some talented people are completely underestimated.
