- Leadership, despite what they will tell you, is one of the least transparent I've experienced
- Perks and benefits have largely been reduced in the last few years
- Career growth is extremely limited
- "Reorgs" and silent layoffs have become a constant and the new normal
- The culture has absolutely PLUMMETED in the past few years. In 2018 and 2019 this was a Glassdoor Best Place to Work top 5 company; it hasn't been on the list since 2022 and there's a reason for that
- Leadership hiring (or lackthereof) -- there has been a stream of executives hired and gone within a year all while Eric thinks he can serve as CEO, our Chief Marketing Officer (?), and a variety of other roles. How many Fortune 1000 companies don't have a dedicated CMO?
