Where to start… Experienced huge growth then over hired sales reps with little to no experience. Created a toxic culture with poor mid level managers all making up their own go to market strategy. HR are non existent or completely over extended due to a large percentage of employees leaving or going on long term leave due to burnout. They forced people back to the office despite being a company that sells software to enable remote working. Constantly push a diversity agenda but do nothing to actually hire and develop talent from diverse backgrounds. Mistakes made with HR and Payroll. Numerous occasions where employees weren’t paid or had incorrect pay. Little was done to resolve the issue. Mass redundancies took place, many of which were done incorrectly so employees received the incorrect pay out. Strong product but a terrible company to work for.
