Decisions are largely data-driven, which adds a lot of clarity and purpose to the work we do. Flexibility is another big plus—there’s a strong emphasis on trust, whether it’s around work hours or taking time off. The leave policy is generous and actually encouraged, which makes a big difference in maintaining balance.
