The formal benefits are great in terms of salary, promotion opportunities, holidays, etc. Plenty of opportunity to travel. Pleasant colleagues.

There is a forced culture of positivity and benefits that mask a distrusting and negative leadership. Leadership is not constructive, not realistic in demands and disproportiately focused on efficiency that it becomes counterproductive and demotivating to perform better. CEO often makes back-handed and passive-agressive comments about employees. People barely take their lunch breaks. It almost felt like taking a 15 min lunch break was already too much. Very little normal unforced interaction between colleagues. CEO pretends to create a pleasant atmosphere but felt disingenuous. Newcomers are faced with a "thrown in the deep end" managerial style to learn new things without constructive support.

There were some really nice colleagues. Their ideas seemed nice in the beginning, could have been challenging and positive, but wasn't.

Incredibly toxic workplace and environment. The behavior from leadership was incredibly erratic, inappropriate and at times even abusive. There would be unpleasant nicknames, constant gossip and childish/high-school behavior. Not a serious workplace, no KPIs or expectations set. For a communication company, their internal communications were nefarious. No work-life balance. Some colleagues had hundreds of hours in overtime and were criticised for taking holidays. No interest in people as a whole.
