Pros
addmustard strives on an open and approachable work ethic, which I feel hugely benefits both employees and clients. There's a fantastic balance of development, pressure (we all need a bit of pressure!), fun, encouragement and creativity. I have never worked in a team that integrate so successfully together. The skills across the company are hugely complementary of each other and every employee contributes in some way to achieve this. There's also a fantastic ethos of teamwork - as with many SMEs, there are times when each team member is required to step up, help out and pull together in order to deliver. Each individual at addmustard goes above and beyond to do this (regardless of seniority), which results world-class outcomes and consequently, some irreplaceable working relationships.
Cons
On the flip side of a closely knit team there are times when, due to sickness or annual leave, resource may be low and client requirements high. However as the company grows, these instances are fewer and become easier to manage. Some of the rigid structures and processes that are often found in larger corporations don't exist at addmustard, a positive for many but potentially something that some work personas may struggle with.
