As one of aeSolutions’ founders and its current CEO, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Feedback challenges us to reflect and improve. Since our founding in 1998, our services, structure, and strategy have evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients. What hasn’t changed is my belief that every team member brings a unique perspective — that’s the essence of our Inclusive core value. Still, we recognize that aeSolutions isn’t the right fit for everyone. When someone’s performance or behavior is not aligned with our core values or with our long-standing mission and vision, it’s often in the best interest of both the individual and the company to part ways. These decisions are never easy — either to make or to accept — but if we’re going to reach the level of excellence we’re capable of, aeSolutions must be a place where everyone is aligned and committed to delivering on our promises.
