the executives of this company are awful, as an employee they absolutely do not care about you. CEO (Jared Smith) begged to have employees write positive reviews to counter the negative ones on here (just look at the dates the positive reviews were posted) they say they are a family company but in reality, management cares about their families, not yours. they don’t give out raises, will promise they will, but will hire others instead of paying the current employees what they are worth. there is no such thing as safety, they will always cut corners to save money. people are leaving from here quickly and for a good reason.
