Community has a leadership team that is committed to a transparent strategy to grow a business that is the future of work! They are committed to a remote-first environment that allows employees the flexibility to do their best work with autonomy. The DEI initiatives are focused on creating equity and diversity at the senior and executive levels. I think the team is doing great work to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. Employees have the opportunity for growth and the autonomy to create opportunities.

Not really a con, it's a true startup that is agile and managing large-scale growth and change. The leadership team is transparent about areas of improvement with diversity metrics and building structure to support continuous development, so I'm excited to watch us grow!
