Employees at every level of Community has access to the senior most people of the Company, to help inform, shape, and influence the product and the Leaders we have on the platform. The company's rapid scale is a testament to the value Community adds to the overall industry--it's product is simple to use/ understand; it's Leaders are the most innovative and notable within every category (celebrity, entertainment, brand, small/ mid sized business, and beyond) and the teams care a great deal about being true partners to the people who work with them (both from an internal and external perspective). Additionally, Community is a company that values culture, and the importance of having diverse voices represented both within the company and across the thousands of Leaders who use the product.
