Coming from a large consulting firm, the culture at delaware is so much better! The relationships feel more personal and the processes do not create unnecessary overhead.

There are still office politics. The organization is flat, which could be a pro or a con depending on how that impacts your role.

Dishonest hiring practices. Recruiters will like through their teeth and then deny it later. They expect grunt slave robots not humans. Working on a contract (C2C) there was one of the worst professional experiences of my lifetime and lasted only five days due to the lies surrounding what the role was all about just to get a body in the door. Then abuse and discard that person? No thank you. This is a sweatshop worse than Accenture
