Pros

Great people, interesting projects, good salary. They have a fun summer party for all employees. Work / life balance is decent.

Cons

No longer trust HR, they seem very shady, people are being fired for the most smallest inconveniences as the UK branch is not winning any projects and is trying to save costs. I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit yet. Feels very immature and backstabby. It is fostering a very everyone for themselves environment. Little to no learning opportunities, development, mentorship, might as well call yourself a contractor (Unless you're bffs with management). Never seen a consulting firm care so little about investing in their talent. It's a bit of a boys club. Questionable decision making when it comes to promotions and opportunities.

Pros

If you are allocated on a project for The Netherlands or Belgium you will be in advantage, respected and well treated

Cons

If you will join delaware UK, you will be allocated on crapy and understaffed projects. Very long working hours The UK management treats with disrespect the consultants. The bullying is permitted and encouraged You are not allowed to have any opinion The projects are sold either with discount and no travel required in the contracts (but you will be forced to go to the client as HR consider a refusal a potential contract breach) or 4 days on site Very old mentalities and way of working No progression opportunities No benefits and low salaries
