Pros
Free (cheap) lunches / breakfast on some days (Sometimes) interesting projects ... but that'll not be the case in a month or so Can't think of any more Pros
Cons
Top management have no idea how to get out of the deeeeeep trouble they have gotten into and the only solution they are able to find is to fire employees to save money in near term Company is in worst hands in probably last 15 years of the history Wasted tons of money to come up with Elevated which no one uses / no one will use and the current eH employees have to suffer because of that
