The whole company culture is built around providing colleagues the background to grow. Experimenting and trying yourself in various roles is encouraged - and possible in this large organization of 1800 employees. Good balance between local family-like atmosphere and opportunities of a large multinational company.
Cons
Salaries are average at most. Some (not all) projects tend to rely too heavily on soon-to-be outdated tech stacks.
