Pros

The product has merit and some of the team are friendly.

Cons

While the company might seem attractive at first, there are a lot of issues just under the surface. I would describe the culture as the worst I have ever seen, resulting in an incredibly high staff turnover. I encourage anyone considering a job here to independently seek out and discuss with former employees of ezyVet. This should be easy to track down via LinkedIn. The blame lies squarely with the owner, Hadleigh Bognuda. Employees are undermined, questioned, berated, and ignored. This is a shame, as I saw a number of excellent employees bullied into leaving. I question the validity of the 5 star reviews here. Note that they are all 5 stars, are all from current employees, all use similar phrasing, and 5 of them written within the same 4 day period. No matter how attractive the job or salary might appear at first, I strongly advise against working here. You will soon join a long and growing list of unhappy ex-employees.

This doesn’t seem an accurate account of what happens at ezyVet. Of course, we have had some attrition in our journey, mainly in the early days, as we are a high-growth global start up. But overall, we have very good retention and a great business that’s doing well on a global scale. We work hard which has led to our success but we also have fun. We’ve grown a cutting-edge product and the careers of our people have grown with it. Our offices in London, Dallas and Auckland are always open and brimming with happy busy people - drop in and check it out anytime. We would be happy to discuss with anyone and introduce them to current or past employees – or they can locate them on linked in because frankly we see this post as a radical view from someone who seems upset – we would welcome them to come forward and discuss their concerns with us. ezyVet People & Culture team
