Pros
hireful are the most employee-centric organisation I've ever known. They take great care of their customers, but they really look after their team too. Not only with benefits like a great private healthcare plan, but also more culture focused elements like true flexibility, a family first policy, and hybrid working.
The entire team work directly with the senior leadership team, there's very open communication, feedback is listened to. The culture is warm, friendly, supportive, and everything you could possibly want in a workplace (+more). Everyone works hard, and really provides a service to be proud of. The social events are great. Managers are always open to supporting development by investing in training and learning, Diversity and inclusion is a true focal point for hireful. I could go on forever, but the title of this review should speak for itself.
Cons
Due to the size of the company, sometimes progression opportunities are limited. But in my experience, management are always willing to support career progression as much as they possibly can, and invest in training and development.
