Adavtages and Disadvantages - Business Analyst i2i Systems Employee Review

I had the opportunity to learn a lot of new technologies, especially those used by the company. We received a detailed two-week training about the technologies commonly used at i2i Systems. Some of the company technologies were presented by experienced employees, which was helpful. The hands-on development of the online charging system project allowed me to gain valuable practical experience.

The internship process was quite intense and the expectations were higher than the resources provided. For many topics, we had to learn everything from scratch on our own, without enough guidance. Some technologies were only explained by other interns rather than experienced staff, which reduced the efficiency of the training. During the project phase, collaboration among interns was weak and we skipped important steps like architectural planning.
