Nothing to say positive about this place. They just do outsource works of turk telekom so things are burocratic and boring. They doesnt offer you a good career plan and opportunities

Cons

Projects and works progressing so slowly, boring environment, no social activity and low salary. 4 day office and 1 day home office.

- Friendly place - close management - has 3 office, 2 of them location in the city center and 1 of them is placed near airport -flexible working hours

-the opinion/solution is not valuable if newbie or md -the career path is not available -no hr -not competitive salary

1. Good place to start 2. Warm company culture ( knowledge sharing is a common asset) 3. Good place to learn Telecommunication technologies 4. flexible if you need private life and work balance

Cons

1.Not good if you would like to be promoted (limited administrative positions and always filled with stakeholders) 2. Salary is not competative 3. they hear you from the top bu they do not responsive enough because they are hihgly loaded with administrative works.
