Pros
The culture here is one of the best parts of this workplace - the environment and energy is fun, supportive, and positive. They also have a few pretty name brand clients on board, and because of the small size of the company, almost every individual get some hand's on time with some of these more exclusive brands. It wouldn't be unusual to have regular conversations with C-level folks from big name companies, no matter what position you hold in the company. In addition, operationally this team is able to be fairly nimble, which is critical working in a vertical like SEO, where things are changing constantly.
Cons
This company is pretty lean, and with one main office and one remote office, it is sometimes difficult to get top-level support/approval on things when you need them. For this same reason, in terms of career advancement, you often have to be your own champion, although this isn't a bad thing necessarily.
