Pros
Cool people with whom to work, best products in town, exciting industry, never a dull moment, great clients, general flexibility to get out of office as a sales person
Cons
MASSIVE amounts of micro-management. constant promises of bonuses that are always unpaid. accounts being taken from- and given to- reps with seemingly no rhyme or reason and never an explanation delivered. management all middle-aged males with stay-at-home wives. managers all afraid and worried only about saving their own hides - not in the least bit interested in helping their reports grow. one spreadsheet introduced after another in order to continually micro-manage. favoritism rampant. short sighted band-aids instead of long-term solutions. Mpls is the 16th largest market in the nation with the 6th highest iHeart market revenue generation, NEVER recognition for that. 100% commissioned sales people with no expenses reimbursed -- including phone and mileage, but expectation of being out on calls and being available by cell phone at all hours of the day and night. benefits are a joke. quarterly firings.
