Pros

flexible working pattern, allowed to use initiative

Cons

False promises, commissions never paid, too many cockups which were not down to BDM but posting issues but BDM suffers with claw backs, poor management, lack of development on sites, refuses to be competitive on price for SME's

Pros

The location was easy to get to in central London. Many of the staff were great to work with. The work was interesting but slow!

Cons

Decision making lies with only a few in the management team. Everyone else seems to be busy pulling together presentations for the management team and providing iterations. Many of the people working there had been employed 10 years plus - which is astonishing! As such lots of group think.
