Paychecks are usually paid on time.... not always

1. Terrible compensation 2. Inexperienced, toxic management team 3. Management lies about compensation projections to recruit talent 4. No focus or direction from management 5. Management screams at sales team on a regular basis to "motivate" them 6. Managers regularly gossip about sales reps to other sales reps Incredibly unprofessional environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with the company has been truly great. If you’re proactive and independent, this is definitely the right place for you. It’s a fast-paced environment where business moves quickly, so adaptability and initiative are key to thriving here. Perks : Nice office, fruit basket every week.
