Heard stories about how people went to the CEO's office and came back crying etc and were fired....even heard that there are some lawsuits by former employees (can't verify)
Everyone lives in fear that they can be fired anytime for a very minute mistake
Always ready to show you down
Zero trust among employees...take a lot of control & keep the teams under the thumb
Exaggerate the mistakes by 100 times
HR doesn't take any action against management
