      Flexible timings and great for learning new technologies Good for exp people since they will provide the 100% increase in package without hesitation.

      Cons

      Leave policy - one should gain consent from the customer, TL, and manager. If any of them say no, you can't even take sick leave, which is horrible. It depends on your team's timings. No work-life balance when your client is from the US

      HR is good at communicating, good healthcare stipend.

      Cons

      The recruiting team and leaders are not good at communicating. Hiring process was difficult.
