- First of all they have this term "Service Agreement" for 1.5 or 2 years if u fail to complete 2 years you need to pay 2lakhs to the company. Beleive me its a trap. Dont fall for it no matter how bad your situation is.
- They hire for technical stuff and ask you to take calls like a call center. Now that you have signed the service agreement you are trapped. Untill you pay 2 lakh they wont give you experience letter. If you realise this early you have better chance of getting other job where you just don't have to show this experience.
- Shifts are told as 24/7 and put into complete night shifts. SHIFT allowance is included in your CTC. (200/250 Rs) per night which is way less than other companies.
- HR's are simply waste. No point in even talking about them.
- Managers will talk to you only if you have done something wrong or taken leave. Else they dont even care about you.
- There are lots of projects inside iopex. I just had bad experience in one of the project. However, my friends from other projects also have the same issue. So you can gauge how well the projects are here.
- Before joining this company if you have any of your friends who already work here please ask them how it is to work here ( make sure they are you real frnd :p)
- If you are jobless and desperate to get a job i would suggest to wait for a little long to land wrong. Because management takes your situation for granted and sometimes treat you like their slave.
- Management asking employees to come to office no matter covid situation outside. Basically they dont care.
- Not told about the call center stuffs/ night shift / bonds during the interview. On the day of induction they force you to sign the bond.
