      Great company culture, People are very friendly and you can asks everyone to help with any problem arises. A lot of room for knowledge sharing. Great location

      Workload is manageable, great location and not a lot of pressure from management

      Cons

      Management seems to have a lot of free time, company has very little room for career growth, salaries are not competitive and despite being a big company, operates on a small company mentality
