Toxic work culture, humiliating behaviour, no policies! - Anonymous employee iTech Series Employee Review

you get your salary dead on the last day of the month without fail. This is where it ends.

1. Awful management. 2. Two directors of the company are at loggerheads. 3. These two directors are insanely awful individuals. One is so awful to the point the hiring was frozen on their end. 4. Literally nobody likes working under any of these guys. They just happen to tolerate cause people need to get by their daily life and jobs are a necessity for bare existence. 5. HR is probably the worst. On a closer introspection, the HR is not educated in the field but has just been in the company for 5 years so everybody is just going with her. 6. Ineptitude is a hallmark of the organization. The directors are incapable of training employees at all. So they get rid of you. 7. Absolutely poor application of maternity leave policies. Which begs the question, does this company even have any paternity leave policies at all! 8. It's a content mill sweatshop where everyone is working like a hamster running on a wheel. 9. Leave if you can. Unless you are just out of options. Then life gave you all the lemons I guess.

I worked here for almost 9 months and had an awesome experience. Its a challenging role but the CEO is a fantastic human being who will share his wisdom. I got to learn a lot from him. I will always be greatful to him and the entire team at Itech.

No place for laziness and productivity. People working here taking full responsibility of their roles and expect the same from other, which is fair.
