Salary comes on time. Employees are very enthusiastic about eating.
Cons
Three and a half people control that company. Others don’t matter. There is a guy there with no consideration or respect for others, be it their opinions or their existence. He is outright rude, snaps at people and gets complete immunity from the top boss. Then there is another guy who is the master of all trades jack of none, is a pseudo intellectual and again gets immunity from the top boss, because friends and agony aunts. Nobody knows what he does. Then there is the boss who never actually is in the office, but expects everybody to be on time and deducts pay if he doesn’t see forty hours completed and who is in bad terms himself with competitor organizations. The HR department is pseudo and so is everything else. Please join this organization if you enjoy being insulted and kicked around.
