I’ve been with iTradeNetwork for about two months now, and my experience so far has been very positive. The interview process was clear and efficient, and I appreciated how transparent and communicative the recruitment team was throughout—it made the whole experience feel smooth and respectful of my time. Since starting, I’ve been consistently impressed by the caliber of people at iTradeNetwork. The team's made up of highly intelligent, capable individuals who are also genuinely kind and collaborative. It’s a hardworking, lean environment, but one where people are also supportive and respectful, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The benefits are great, compensation competitive, and the hybrid work schedule has been working really well. Overall, I’m very glad to be part of iTradeNetwork. About a month into my role, there was an organizational restructuring that changed the nature of my role. Though unexpected, I’ve been encouraged by how leadership has handled it. They’ve communicated clearly, and I feel confident in the direction the company is heading. So far, I’ve been impressed with the leadership team’s vision and how they’re guiding the company through change.
