Silent layoffs, impromptu terminations and layoffs is a thing there. 15-20 employees were sacked one fine day. They had 3 rounds of layoffs. 1st where entire marketing team was sacked, 2nd UI UX and other sales, HR team and 3rd Engineers, Product managers. Won't recommend due to lack of stability. Appraisals, bonus are held off too.
