      Will give you time to learn and understand things Can talk with anyone/everyone is very accessible You can learn and be good at things in shorter time

      Cons

      very toxic work culture will deduct pay if taken off while probation will expect you to know things already and will force you to prepare for exams and give them (they forced me to give exam, I passed thankfully or else the cost of the exam would've been deducted from my salary) Will expect you to work without any documentation or anything. Will make you work on things that are outside your Job Description.
