      -No Pros, Not Recommended -Dont Apply Here -They dont work in cutting edge technology

      -Dont pay high salary -Totally Exploit you, specially mentally -Dont care about there employee -Tell you bring Venom(slang of CEO for hardwork,confidence (all the nice words)) to your work but will sweat head to toe while giving DEMO to a client - Dont follow the code standard, instead follow the daily standup for looks cool for new employee - High Expectation from you, but recommend dont expect from them, - CEO love to do politics on its own -If you are newbie, and want to start your career in Development, not a place to start your career

      If you are a new graduate and can't find any job, try here. You may find technologies interesting.

      Cons

      - They have gotten bankrupt more than 5 times in my 2 year tenure! - Punctuality issues, late sittings and salary deductions on arriving at 9:31 am as a common thing. - Late salary dispatch. If you get your salary before 10th of the month you are really lucky. - Low salaries as compare to other software houses. - Other restrictions like can't go to recreational breaks or take any break. - Can't use your phones in the company time, it's prohibited, and can't open other social websites like LinkedIn or FB for recreational time.

      Just for beginner, just learn and work in time allocated

      Cons

      No motivation for employee, Worst management , Willing to deduct money at any cost , if proofed it was wrong, you are not getting it, Management are not on same path, they don't know what other-one have made promised and other-one refusing it.
