Some great people. Beautiful setting. Varied daily experience. Great for getting experience of a lot of things (because if you don't do them no-one else will). Flexi time and TOIL available. Great pension contributions which offsets the poor pay.

Massive workload not improved by financial cuts from government. No career progression. No training budget to nurture talent. HR swings from very procedural to emotive at times. Easy to burn out. High turnover of staff.

Great people, great environment, new CEO that will hopefully change the fear culture that the former CEO created

mac is a great environment to work in full of friendly and creative individuals but unfortunately over many years the team have been so micromanaged by the former dictatorial CEO resultingin a culture of disciplining people rather than nurturing.
