Pros
I really enjoy the design team and everyone I work with here in general. Most of us are always upbeat and happy while trying to make a difference in the world of education. Our bi-weekly team meetings are a great way to get together and hang out while being at work along with the free lunches provided on a semi-regular basis.
Cons
It stresses me to write this - I have been here for a few years and have watched our marketing/design team come and go with most positions having to be filled a few times a year. It's a shame we have hired and moved countless people away from their homes in different states just to watch them leave 2-3 months later. Our marketing and strategy leaders are severely out of touch and are never able to accomplish, or align on the same page together. I also can't stand our leadership mentions MindSpark being a 'global company' when we are rarely able to fill or have local Colorado residents need/want to attend our programs after 5 years. Thankfully, we are a non-profit and funds are given to us by gracious donors to continue to stay afloat.
