Interesting work with nice people who don't point fingers. The working culture is empathetic and people are helpful by default. Great work-life balance and flexibility. Fun team building activities, not too many not too little, it's great to hangout outside work every few months with colleagues from other departments. Monthly free lunch in office is a good monthly decompress day too. The culture is very welcoming and uplifting. Leadership is down to earth and approachable. Space for growth. Requests to collaborate on initiatives outside your scope are usually welcomed and supported.

Still a growing company so the health insurance isn't amazing and no RRSP matching .. yet.

myBlueprint is one of the best companies I have ever had the chance to work with, even for a short period of time. The work routines are well-structured, ensuring a seamless workflow where you never have to worry about the next steps. Every team member is approachable, friendly, and truly collaborative. The development team is composed of hardworking professionals who not only excel in their craft but also work harmoniously together. The company operates with a hybrid structure, combining a hierarchical top-down approach for decision-making with a floating structure that promotes flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability across teams. You can witness true Agile principles embedded in every aspect of the company’s operations. The hiring manager was both meticulous and compassionate throughout the process. My manager is an expert in his field, demonstrating both deep knowledge and a genuine understanding of his team's work. The team lead is one of the most patient, kind, and highly skilled developers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With such an exceptional team and the innovative product they are building, I believe myBlueprint has a bright future ahead. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to step away from this opportunity. However, I would wholeheartedly welcome the chance to work with them again in the future.
