Pros
The people are genuinely one of the best parts of working at myBlueprint. Most teams are collaborative, approachable, and willing to help each other out. The work also feels meaningful because the product supports students and educators, and it is nice to feel connected to the impact of what you are working on. There is a good amount of trust and autonomy, and employees are generally encouraged to share ideas, take ownership, and contribute outside of their immediate responsibilities. The culture is supportive, and there are a lot of smart, kind people across the company.
Cons
There are some exciting product changes happening, but that naturally comes with shifting priorities, evolving processes, and occasional confusion while teams adjust. Communication across teams is not always as consistent as it could be, so you need to be comfortable working through a lot of ambiguity and change.
