Culture and People are amazing.

Raises only happen 2-3 years

- everyone places a very high value on positive work culture - plenty of opportunity to learn and grow your skillset - able to experience helping clients in a variety of industries

- you'll need strong communication skills to work here long term. if you're not committed to healthy communication and coachability you will struggle to last longer than a year. - for techs there is a small amount of mandatory on-call every so often. it's not overwhelming and on-call work is common in this industry, but i'd still consider it a con.
