Great place to work and learn, but small and lacking real growth potential personally and company wise

Pros
-Great place to learn -Good people to work with -Good 401k match -Owner is great person and willing to help out wherever needed. -Get to go to clients and get out of the office which is nice.
Cons
-Small company with small clients and not a lot of growth after few years. -Engineers do not get to take control of clients and really consult with them, the boss does. -Management tends to bend over backwards for clients at the employees expense and it gets old. -Does not use many common technologies (Vmware, Cisco, Veeam, etc) -Compensation is a little low, not rewarded for going beyond and taking initiative. -No working remotely and a little micro management.
