Cons
It requires professionals with an innovative approach to challenges, and not everyone can adapt to the autonomous, solution-driven, strictly non-toxic environment. Especially individuals coming from long-term corporate thinking will suffer; they usually abuse nybl's benefits and complain when things get tough. Their complaining is the biggest con when trying to achieve major targets
