It is great to see that you valued the variety of benefits we offer, we are continuously reviewing our employee reward package to ensure it meets our employees needs. We take great pride in the fantastic team we have here so were pleased to hear that you were fortunate to have worked with some of our great team members. It was however disappointing to hear your feedback regarding the pressures on other employees and the expectations of new employees. We have recently introduced a new training platform to support our current team members as well as new starters. As a team we also work very closely with Line Managers to ensure that each department has an adequate amount of team members, this is reviewed regularly so that vacancies are filled as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer and work with all employees so that everyone can achieve a good work/life balance. With regards to the point raised around the sidewalks on the business park, although not something we can affect directly, we are delighted to confirm that these have been replaced across the business park meaning that moving between offices is a lot easier than before.
