Pros

Some of the employees, keep the good ones, get shot of the rubbish! Struggling to find anything else to say!

Cons

Don't pay on time, not interested in paying on time, I honestly believe account have the book 101 excuses next to the phone as their always an excuse! Senior Management do not recognise talent or listen to advice, especially when the employee is the main contact from client to company. Account managers do not pay attention to warning signs, that the client is fed up with their BS and is seeking a new supplier. Blame culture, own your mistakes don't look for an escape goat!

Very bad place to wok

Pros

None - I don't have anything good to say. Please stay clear this company will run you into the ground.

Cons

Very long hours and stressful work, no sick pay, HR only one person on e-mail, bulling in the workplace, no paid overtime but expected to work. Not cared for or invested in, don't pay on time. If you care about what you do and your health do not work here.

Rest assured we are using your feedback positively to improve the employee experience. We are investing in our employees constantly with 6 newcomers on 4th January 2017. We increased headcount last year by 12% . The HR Team is now 4 strong with a HR experience of 35 years collectively. As a team they welcome all comments to try and ensure best working environment. Pros

No real pros to speak of other than they pay me on time, Some of the other staff are good people - other managers are always trying to trick you into further workload.

Cons

Constant pressure to do more, You have to fight for a cost of living rise increase, so don't expect any review increase or bonus. Wish I had stayed at my last av company to be honest with you.. grass is not always greener Have been onsite with proav for a few years now, heading up a small team, proav just do not care that the team are struggling with inflation - no rises, no cost of living, just ignored.
