Pros

Pay is average. Can get better perks elsewhere.

Cons

Recently notified that my personal information was leaked to hackers that were posing as the CEO. Shows how competent their HR department is. I heard concerns about CEO- inappropriate relationships as well as how he is paid. Company is executive-level focused.

pureIntegration, LLC Response

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry for the delay in my response and that your information was compromised. Earlier this year our company was targeted by an email phishing attack. We discovered the breach ourselves and notified all affected individuals. We were all impacted and upset. We take the personal security of our employees very seriously; we provided everyone access to LifeLock to help manage and protect their identity. Since the incident we’ve worked to repair any damage and have supplemented our existing systems and added new ones to prevent similar events from happening in the future. We learned most information security breaches are a result of simple human error and will continue to educate and train our employees on how to block these attacks. In regard to our human resources department, I would like to share that we recently transitioned a significant part of the organization to an outsourced model. We want our employees to focus on what they do best. We’ve selected a partner to take ownership of key areas within this function and hope to leverage their perspective and expertise to be able to provide value to our employees (e.g., curriculums tied to different needs and career paths) that is beyond what we have provided in the past. It is accurate that the majority of our employees are seasoned consulting executives and this decision was intentional. Our clients are tier 1 cable companies who demand a high level of expertise. We’re not like the big consulting firms that emphasize leverage of a junior workforce; instead, our value is added in the proficiency and practice behind each individual on a project team. Therefore, the demographics of our company tilt in that direction. The compensation of our senior executives is highly performance based. This allows an individual top contributor to outpace another including the CEO, which happens more frequently than not. Thank you for the honest feedback and please know I will diligently continue my efforts to enhance the environment of and opportunities within this company.

Pros

I actually worked there from 2009 - 2013. Upon joining, I had no experience in the telecom industry. Nevertheless, they put their faith in me and trained me where I was eventually promoted from senior associate to manager. After having worked at a number of places since, I can honestly say that pureIntegration is the only place that I would ever consider boomeranging back to. I enjoyed the many short-term projects that I worked on, each one of which providing me with some learning opportunities.

Cons

I wish that there were more junior level employees there that I could train and mentor and hone my management skills
