Pros
rStar can work as a stepping stone if your goal is exposure and experience. It is not a good fit for those seeking long-term stability, transparent leadership, healthy collaboration, or genuine employee appreciation.
Cons
Leadership is largely inaccessible. Decision-making lacks transparency and communication is weak. Employees are often made to feel valued early on, but can suddenly become obsolete or sidelined without clear reasons. Strong client-first, employee-second mindset, which affects stability and trust. Toxic internal competition is encouraged between people with similar skill sets. This may create short-term output for management, but it harms collaboration and is not sustainable. Poor recognition culture. Even long service milestones like 5, 10, or 15 years are often reduced to a generic HR email, with little or no leadership involvement. Work-life balance can suffer due to irregular hours and late calls.
