Pros

Fast-paced environment that can help employees build resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure. Exposure to frequent operational changes may suit individuals who prefer unpredictable and constantly shifting work settings. Opportunity to quickly understand how internal politics and organizational culture can impact career progression.

Cons

company appears to struggle with professionalism, consistency, and people management. Leadership decisions often seem reactive rather than strategic, with policies and expectations changing overnight—sometimes in ways that appear to favor select individuals rather than the wider workforce. This creates uncertainty, low morale, and a lack of trust across teams. Employee concerns are not always heard or addressed effectively, and management can come across as disconnected from day-to-day challenges faced by staff. Contributions are not consistently recognized, leaving many employees feeling undervalued despite long working hours and high expectations. There also seems to be a strong culture of favoritism, where opportunities, promotions, and benefits are perceived to go to a small inner circle rather than being awarded on merit or performance. This can be discouraging for capable employees who are committed to growth and fairness. Work-life balance is another significant concern. Long hours can become normalized, with limited regard for sustainability or employee wellbeing. Instead of fostering engagement, this often leads to burnout and higher turnover. Job security can feel unstable, with a hire-and-fire approach that creates anxiety rather than loyalty. Combined with inconsistent leadership and weak people practices, it becomes difficult for employees to plan long-term careers within the organization. Overall, the company has potential, but without meaningful improvements in leadership maturity, transparency, fairness, and employee respect, retention and reputation are likely to remain ongoing challenges.

Pros

-An excellent environment to develop “thick skin” and emotional endurance — arguably faster than most formal training programs. - Constant change in direction ensures you’ll never feel too comfortable or settled; adaptability becomes second nature whether you like it or not. - If you enjoy office dynamics reminiscent of Gossip Girl with a dash of The Office (minus the humor), you’ll find the atmosphere… familiar.

Cons

Cons: - Roles and responsibilities are poorly defined. Employees are often hired for one position but end up doing unrelated work without clarity, planning, or proper guidance. - Career growth and recognition are not based purely on performance. Decisions around promotions and opportunities can feel arbitrary and influenced by factors that are not transparent. - There is a lack of professional boundaries in the workplace. Informal behavior often replaces basic respect and accountability, which creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. - Work is assigned without considering an individual’s skills or long-term growth. Employees are frequently pushed into tasks that do not add value to their careers, leading to frustration and stagnation. - There is little to no structured planning or process. Work is often disorganized, resulting in inefficiencies, repeated mistakes, and unnecessary pressure on employees. - Communication is unclear and inconsistent. Important decisions and expectations are not properly conveyed, which leads to confusion, rework, and misalignment across teams. - Employees are treated as replaceable resources rather than valued professionals. There is minimal focus on individual development, contribution, or retention. -This place feels like a cult which you can try but will not be able to escape. -Everyone is delusional in the company with what they want. You’re better off choosing any other option than joining this company. - In bo circumstances I would recommend this company to my word enemy

Pros

rStar can work as a stepping stone if your goal is exposure and experience. It is not a good fit for those seeking long-term stability, transparent leadership, healthy collaboration, or genuine employee appreciation.

Cons

Leadership is largely inaccessible. Decision-making lacks transparency and communication is weak. Employees are often made to feel valued early on, but can suddenly become obsolete or sidelined without clear reasons. Strong client-first, employee-second mindset, which affects stability and trust. Toxic internal competition is encouraged between people with similar skill sets. This may create short-term output for management, but it harms collaboration and is not sustainable. Poor recognition culture. Even long service milestones like 5, 10, or 15 years are often reduced to a generic HR email, with little or no leadership involvement. Work-life balance can suffer due to irregular hours and late calls.
