The hours are always long. Expect to work mornings, nights, and weekends. People are praised for working long hours instead of apologized to. The client needs ALWAYS take priority over employees. Leadership is made up of people with little to no prior leadership experience. There are no clear standards around how to manage people. Leadership decisions are made without ever consulting the broader team. When anyone disagrees with leadership decisions, or suggests change in any way, those opinions are overlooked or the person who spoke up is reprimanded. There is a clear divide between the leadership team and the rest of the company. Pay is below average, and if you plan on negotiating pay, I hope you were captain of the debate team because they will do everything they can to NOT pay you more (unless you tell them you're about to leave of course). Don't be fooled by the idea of a fun culture. They flaunt culture around like a banner to distract you from true systemic problems in the org. Sure you get to go camping, volunteer, and have team parties. Are they fun? Yes. Do they reduce stress levels? No. Because the time you spent having fun will need to be made up for with, you guessed it, more work and late nights. The time off policy doesn't meet the needs of the stressed employees. When asked if they're willing to change it...ignored as usual. So much more to say, but if you're reading this review considering working here, I think you get the point.
