- Nice people in the team

Cons

- The leadership and people team don't genuinely care about their employees, despite claiming to prioritize people. They prioritize profits above all else. - They laid off 25% of their workforce without providing proper severance pay. Additionally, they let go of talented individuals, indicating that the company does not value the contributions of its employees. - Job descriptions are not clearly defined, leading to employees being required to work beyond their designated responsibilities. - Although the company offers unlimited leave, employees often find it difficult to take time off. Having a fixed number of leave days that employees can actually utilize would be preferable. - There is a lack of work-life balance. - Management lacks transparency.

Pros

The flexibility is their biggest advantage, lovely team, very young team but they are nice to work with.

Cons

More structure and transparency around promotions and salary increases. To be fair, many hardworking people have been promoted and absolutely deserved it. However, those who aren't promoted don't always receive clear feedback on the reasons why or a roadmap for what they need to do to get there in the future.
