      - Talented team members - Nice office

      Cons

      - Culture started off well but took a nosedive - A round of layoffs where a significant portion of staff were affected with no notice. Some of these were the hardest working people in the company and some had been in service for several years. Over a decade worth of experience and service gone, just like that - Since then, several hires have been made and roles opened up, make of that what you will! - We were often overworked, with little to no compensation in between. - Food vouchers are not a compensation for overwork and burnout. - No real career progression. Middle management will jump through hoops to make excuses to not give you what you have earned.

      - The leadership and people team don't genuinely care about their employees, despite claiming to prioritize people. They prioritize profits above all else. - They laid off 25% of their workforce without providing proper severance pay. Additionally, they let go of talented individuals, indicating that the company does not value the contributions of its employees. - Job descriptions are not clearly defined, leading to employees being required to work beyond their designated responsibilities. - Although the company offers unlimited leave, employees often find it difficult to take time off. Having a fixed number of leave days that employees can actually utilize would be preferable. - There is a lack of work-life balance. - Management lacks transparency.
