Pros
For me the work/life balance is very easy to achieve here. We are fairly strict with working 8 hours a day, and encourage taking regular breaks throughout the day, playing sports mid-week and (after 1 year of full-time employment) can get a free gym membership. The company is always looking to the future, what's next, we never stand still. We've gone from making wallpapers, icons and assets to building products from start to finish and launching new ventures + companies which employees have joined full-time leaving their roles at ustwo but still staying in the family. Which I think is a fairly unique model. It's all here if you want to work for it.
Cons
For me there is a bit of an un-balance when it comes to mindset, there are too many people in it for themselves, trying to climb the ladder, 'look what I have done, look how clever I am" and as company we think a little too highly of ourselves. This is of course not everyone but a few too many for my liking. Rapid expansion does come at a cost where a few years ago I knew everyones name, now there are people who could be a client, colleague, start up, friend , intern. There is a disconnect between the new business/management people and designers/developers.
