Interesting Product - both at a technical level and commercially, this is a really interesting bit of tech to work with Impactful Product - from reducing delivery stresses to saving lives this is a product with genuine real-world impact Agency - you are trusted with your time and way of working Culture and People - leaving was incredibly hard! International Experience - it’s a company with offices around the world, and getting to work with staff from those offices is an enjoyable & valuable experience (some roles include travel) Flexible Work - probably the most generous working abroad allowance I’ve seen, and very accommodating generally (particularly for parents)
Cons
It’s a small team (in a conducive way) so progressing up depends on internal business needs, as will always be the case in smaller companies
