Pros

We're passionate about doing the right thing for our team, our clients and key stakeholders and we follow through on that passion. It's an environment that fosters the notion that the best idea wins every time and we follow through with that. I can go toe-to-toe with the owner and as long as it's for the sake of passion, not emotional, he is open and ready for debate and change. A quality that I admire. As we grow, we continue to improve on everything from how we identify the right candidates and foster giving them a purpose. Culture is as much a priority as ensuring the right butts are in the right seats as in a startup, growing team environment it takes both skill and desire to elevate us to reaching our goals

Cons

I truly do not have one

Pros

-The agency has some of the best people around — not just smart and talented, but kind and decent. -Always pushing each other to be the best agency we can be. It's never finished, and that's what makes it exciting. -Great clients that love and appreciate great work and what it can do for them. -There is a culture in place that makes it exciting to go to work...even remotely.

Cons

-We are still in the beginning phases and creating what exactly we are, that process means we're adapting and challenging ourselves everyday. Some people like everything in place and want to be told what to do as opposed to figuring it out themselves. Not a bad thing at all, but not the right fit for that kind of working style.

Pros

What positive can I say about a company whose website is not functional? I should have gotten the clue from that only.

Cons

This workplace is toxic, and the leadership is evil. These awful people fire employees for no reason and don't even offer a warning. It's ridiculous. Employees constantly lived with the fear of job loss. It was terrible.
